Use-case: A large documentation with many different products that's open for everyone (no auth), but we want to be able to filter the navigation for the user when they enter the documentation, something similar to a query parameter in the URL.

Default could always be to show everything, then if a filter is passed with the request, filter the navigation by that instead.
