It would be very nice if you can create a page that includes links (and excerpts!) to other pages using tags.

For instance I have 20-30 pages with a tag "How-To" and I created a main page to navigate the How-To's. If there was an element we could include that refers the pages by their tags this can be very handy.

It is almost the same (but not quite) as the ability to browse by tag. Maybe this function can be incorporated as an element to be included in pages.
