We're looking forward to using this feature! Would be great to have it soon - especially with "follow" feature.

In the meantime, I've created a small script for notifying people on Slack on every page update on our wiki. Best to setup with CRON to send notification periodically. You can find on npm as "@f17/wikijs-notify" - it's not the best solution but for the time being, it's "good enough" for us so maybe some will find it useful.

See my previous comment for a couple scenarios (individual "follow" option and administrative "forced follow" option for the handbook scenario). I'm curious what sort of page update notifications are being planned. Great news nonetheless, though! Many thanks to your team(s).

Michael Coats: For now it would be limited to individual follow. The forced follow could be added later on.

Note that you'll also be able to use webhooks to automate tasks. It would take some programming on your end but it would be a workaround for your forced follow nonetheless.

I'd like this as well. Essentially a "follow" option for pages. Perfect for SOP's and Employee handbooks that change occasionally. It would also like an administrative option where we can force a follow to users. In the employee handbook scenario, it would be nice to have an email go out to all of my users when a policy has changed without them having to manually follow each of the pages in the handbook.
