Use h2 instead of h1 for the largest markdown headers

Multiple h1 tags on the same page is not good for SEO. I feel like the page title should be the h1 and the content of the page should not contain any h1 tags. I like the current style of the h1 tags so I can't simply use ## instead of #. That would also be confusing for markdown formatting

I have spent some time editing the code to suggest some fixes/changes. I can look into this as it seems fairly straightforward to fix. This will also need to be applied to the AsciiDoc format as well.

In principle I agree with this SEO suggestion, and would go further that this should NOT just be limited to Markdown pages but also to visual editor pages.
What you do in the Markdown and Visual editors is to create the page structure / hierarchy. Any editor headings on the page are by
by definition
sub-headings of the page's default heading taken from the page's title.Consequently the page title should be h1, # should be h2, ## h3 etc.
NOTE:
Since wiki.js also creates a page ToC, this would probably have an impact there also.pommetjehorlepiep
Ideally a configurable font and/or size would be the way to go.
